Rental Procedure: Your Moon Gate is set up 1 hour prior to your ceremony. This gives plenty of time for pictures under the Moon Gate before the ceremony. We allot 60 minutes for the ceremony and return to dismantle Moon Gate and clean up. We are sensitive to the fact that in some occasions the ceremony elongates itself, and if that is the case, we will discreetly and patiently wait until ceremony is finished and all guests have exited the room to then proceed and disassemble and clean up.
For example: If your ceremony is at 6pm, Your Moon Gate is ready by 5 pm. We will be back at 6:45 to break down Moon Gate and clean up.
Payment: 30% non-refundable deposit at time of booking. The balance to be paid 1 month prior to your wedding date.
